I am looking for W124 Wagon Fenders that have the marker lights built into them.

I think you are referring to the "repeaters".

They are located behind the front wheel openings and flash in time with the turn signal.

You can find ones that are quite similar to the MB style on ebay, and fit those to your existing fenders, if you want a set....
