clutch hydraulics, please!

Hi, all. I've got a w123 and I really need to connect my master to my slave and I'm having trouble sourcing the lines. Does anyone have any spares they're willing to part with?

Thanks,
Ken

The factory set up consists of three sections of line, a section of hard line from the MC, a section of hard line from the SC and a section in between which is flexible rubber with female fittings at both ends. The hard lines should be easily made up using the correct sized bubble flare nuts but the center flexible line will probably be a dealer item or possibly something a hydraulic line shop can fabricate.

There is a rubber chassis grommet where the hard line from the MC passes through the firewall and a clip securing it to the firewall inside the cabin.

What you say about fabrication is absolutely correct, and I was just saying exactly this to a friend today. However, I have not lost hope that the easier route is to find the original parts and avoid having to fab something up. The epc diagram seems to indicate that the metal-rubber-metal is really only 2 pieces, one being a combination of rubber and metal. That's how it is on an older BMW of mine as well (I know because I considered cannibalizing it!)

I purchased the section that connects to the Slave Cylinder, with the rubber hose on the other end 1 1/2 yrs ago. Dealer price, $72.
It comes as a straight piece that has to be formed to fit.

I used the old piece as a guide, and using my 2 thumbs I did the bends. helps if the tubing is some what warm.
