WTB: W124 Center Vent parts
  That is what I have lost...  Anybody got a parts car or going to the junkyard? I am yet to find anything out here in Phoenix yet

Buy a whole vent. It is difficult to disassemble an old one without the clips breaking, and what you need renders a donor vent useless.
