Looking for: ASR Gen II W126
Well since everyone HATE this system, I should be able to get the pars CHEAP!
I am looking for all the stuff that makes up the ASR system so I can add it to my 1991 560 SEL. I know many "fear" the system. But like four corner pneumatic self-leveling suspension on a Mark VIII, it may look or sound intimidating but is in fact straight forward. Its the one feature I wish I had.

Quite a bit is different on ASR cars as I understand it. Differential, 4 channel vs. 3 channel ABS, throttle, engine computer probably. Quite an undertaking to retrofit.
I'd save your pennies and have your limited slip rear rebuilt OR find the ASD rear end from a 350SDL, have the limited slip rebuilt, then install that. You can lock it on command, and the shorter axle ratio will make your 560 fly -Jason
