I have a rear bumper cover in excellant shape, but i dont know if its too costly to ship from los angeles to you, any ideas?

Use Greyhound Bus. Wrap the bumper with bubble wrap & cardboard so it looks like a big letter "C" from Sesame street.
It'll cost $80 or so LA to Philly. I ship all my bumpers that way.
