I have a set of 4 Mercedes Benz original coilpacks for the M271 (C230k). These coilpacks have exactly 40,757 miles on them and were replaced as maintenance along with new spark plugs. There is nothing wrong with these coil packs and they function perfectly. These are coilpacks made by Beru but are the actual original Mercedes ones. They have the following part numbers listed on them as seen in the picture below: 0040 100 042 and A 000 150 1580.
