I have one from a 1984 500SEC, it's LSD and the ratio is 2.24. No issues recorded when I drove the car.

Have the clutch packs ever been rebuilt?

If not, by this time it's more of an "unlimited slip" rear end.

Still probably well worth rebuilding though, you don't see these for the first-gen 126s very often. I've sent you a PM.
