1982 240d automatic tranny dipstick tube
My dipstick tube broke loose and leaks too much to drive. Can anyone ship me a good used dipstick tube to Houston, Texas?

Are you sure it's the actual dipstick tube? There's a seal where it meets the tranny which often leaks.

dipstick tube
You are right! The tube was fine, it is the transmission oil pan that developed a fine crack on the inside (fatigue failure) and caused the dripping. Looks like I need a new pan.
