Looking for an excellent to new condition air intake housing (the part that holds the filter) for a 300D NA 617 motor. Paint must be in perfect condition.

Damn for some reason i got the impression you were looking fir the 75 300d air can, I doubt this is the one--You were looking for the rattlecan on top of the motor on a w123. yes?

I sent some pictures, not sure they made it. Also, looking at the airbox by panZZer, not sure I got the right part. My airbox came off a W123, 300D, 1985 Turbo.

'85 is slightly different than the '84. Even though both my '84 & '85 are federal, the filter canisters are different. But they take the same filter...

This is the one he's looking for I believe The turbo models have no snorkel, just the inlet elbow in the bottom front.

The air filter canister pictured above is exactly what I am looking for.
