I have a friend who's thinking about selling his W123 euro headlights within the next two or so weeks. They are the rectangular ones and have brand new glass. They also come with the potential for vacuum control (no switch included). Anyway, he wanted me to post this to see if there would be any takers. He wants about $400 for the lights which includes packaging and shipping through UPS. The price might be negotiable but I'm not sure. I'll post if it is, or if there are any changes.

new ones are available in the box at several places at about $220 per side. Just trying to save you the aggravation...

Ok, I'll relay that information and see if I can pursuade him to get it reduced. The $400 includes roughly $30 or so worth of shipping and with new glass is as good as new.

Ok, I got it down to $365 which includes shipping. Anyone? Anyone?

With regards to the prices of new lights, ImportPartsSpec.com quoted me $265 EACH SIDE and that doesn't include shipping. CapitolWest.com wants $240 EACH SIDE and that also doesn't include shipping. On eBay, there's a pair going for $400 with a reserve of $550 for new lights but the seller's from Germany and the additional shipping costs would be astronomical.

So, as you see, it's not as bad as some make want it to seem.

Got a 1983 300d and have been looking around some at the euro headlights. The $$$ for the new ones on ebay (from Germany) starts at $400, and it includes worldwide shipping. These are brand new. Im thinking about getting these, no one has bid on em. However the ones i need for my 300d dont have to be new. Can you tell me what price your headlights are going for if you already havent sold them? Thanks Brett.
