4 sale- good set of used injectors and hard lines from 83 240D

I just pulled these injectors and hard lines from my 240D parts car getting ready to junk the carcass. Next is the head if anyone needs a good head

Nozzles look very clean. Pic as it came off the engine without wiping it clean.

Per maintenance history, PO had new injectors put in Sept 1999 @ 210k miles and car sat @ 216 k miles till I bought it from him 5 years ago. I retired it at 221k miles due to rust (seat belt attach point -floor rusted out). These injectors only have a little over 10k miles on them and judging from the pristine nozzle face (with no erosion), I say it is correct. It may even have German nozzles in them but I won't know for sure till I pull one of them apart. I will pop test them and record the opening pressure and video the spray pattern.

PM me if interested.

If not, I have access to 5 sets or so of manual W123 regulators...

Too bad I didn't see this ad earlier - the injector lines in my 200D are not factory and I'd been looking for a proper set for some time. I just bought a set from a junk yard 240D yesterday.

Mine are motorized, all work perfect and are for sale too. Looks like Raptelan got what you need. The injectors are tentatively sold (have not gotten paid yet) but the hardlines are available.

Have plenty of hard lines, and injectors too. If cost were no object a spare tranny and rearend would be nice. Is yours a manual? If so what would you want for it and the rear? I've spent a good bit lately on the engine rebuild, so trying to not be to extravagant for a while.

Are you gonna pick it up or you want it shipped? How big a job is it to pull? As for the clock, I'd suggest putting in a tach/ clock combo from a 300DT (what I did on my 240D).

a bit to far to come pick it up. I have not removed one(on a Mercedes), so not sure how much time it would take to remove.

There's a junkyard in central Maryland with more than one W123 240D in it. I want one of the diffs for my 200D. If you want to come and help me pull it I'd be happy to likewise help you pull one too at the same time.

Here's a video of one of the injectors being pop tested. The other 3 had equally good pattern. All pop at very close to 2000 psi. No leaks through the pintle!

If the injectors and lines aren't spoken for, I may be interested assuming they will work on my 78 240D? My lines are leaking and I'm not sure the state of the injectors.

Hi Bodhi, sorry Injectors has been sold. Hardlines still available and should fit your car. Pull your injectors and have them pop tested to see what condition they are in.
