This is funny: this one is mine. Factory installed, together with this one:

It plugs in "between" the antenna cable. When you change the radio to MW, you can select the bands on the reims 10.

Wow, two of them currently on German eBay - I always forget to check there. You guys have all the good stuff! Hey do you happen to know what it would cost to ship a German W116 to the USA? There's a euro 6.9 in my future...the fortune-teller told me so.
