I may be interested for a local purchase! If my 15" tires do not sell soon.
Do you travel towards Raleigh any?

you have lugs to match?

Anyone know which offset would work best on a w123 ?!?

Just to help: You can likely ship for under $70 by parcel post with USPS in 2 boxes

s38, UPS ground shipping from 27858 to 07003 ranges from $16.62 (20lbs)to $22.32(30lbs).

NCfriend, sometimes I do go to Raleigh. I will have to check on lug nuts.

The offset on the great clear coats is 25. On these rims, I had to add some threads on the front lug nuts (long extension lug nuts). On the rear, I had to cut a little off cause they came thru the hubs. I think my 1984 hubs are smaller, these came offf a 1986, possibly an sec 126 cause they are a little wider 7x15. The regular short lug nuts may work better.

The 7 inch wheels were standard in 86-87 on the W126. Later wheels were 6.5 inch through 91.

R107 cars had 7 inch wheels from 86-89.

There is no cosmetic or functional difference between the two sizes, if one fits, the other fits....

I appreciate folks helping me understand what will work:

there is an obvious difference in these two sets as the 7x15 have a offset of 25
while the 6.5x15 have an offset of 21.5, as stated in the ad

I have read that these rims off a w126 are one of the few "newer" options that will fit a w123 without spacers, and the common tie-rod clearance issue
There are alot of w123 owners looking for OEM options like me...

I think w123 OEM offset is ET= 29 ?

Would that make the ET=25 a better option?
Would the ET=21.5 work at all?
Anyone tried either of these and with stock lugs?

Thanks!!
