SOLD! Grille #1: My opinion is that it is in average condition for its age. The chrome has held up well as is typical, though it has lots of minute sand pitting and two small dings on the right side. The trim strips are pitted but not excessively bent or dented, though the vertical strip is split in the center. The paint is worn off of the badge and the hood ornament is missing. It is missing the mounting screws, but the clips are there. The clips that help retain the mesh are missing. The plastic grille mesh is holding up okay, though there are some small chips. It's a presentable grille that shows its age, but could use a few parts from another grille.

Grille #2: The chrome has held up well as is typical, though it has lots of minute sand pitting. The trim strips are pitted but not excessively bent or dented. The badge and the hood ornament are missing, as are the clips and mounting screws. The plastic grille mesh is weathered and has some holes. Two of the mounting tabs were bent and straightened, causing some kinks at the edges. This grille can be used for parts, or parts can be added to it. It's not complete.

Grille #3: This is an early W116 grille that will fit the 1973-maybe 1976 Mercedes-Benz W116 chassis sedans. It will fit as new as 1980, but the early grilles like this one have a larger hood ornament mounting hole that requires a special base.
