These are the panel inserts below the headlights on W201 (driver and passenger sides). MB Part No 201 889 01 63 and 201 889 02 63. Great for replacing the ones with the holes for headlight wipers when the headlight wiper mechanisms fail.

The original color was (smoke?) silver and was re-sprayed in brilliant silver. The respray job wasn't great but it is not very noticeable unless examined closely.
