FS: EURO Bumpers and EURO Rear Head Rests
I am currently selling / parting out my car. I now have a bunch of extra, neat stuff. W123 Chassis Application/ OM617.9XX engine
1. Euro Rear Head Rests. $150.00 shipped CONUS. Blue. There was someone local - forum member, named CXXXXXX, who was interested, so he will have first dibs. I will leave it open for a week for him. I don't have his cell # any more because the weekend I was supposed to meet with him is when my cell phone broke. So, C., if you see this, give me a call or PM. 2. Euro Bumpers, FRONT and BACK, and the BACK includes the tow package except the metal "J" with ball. $200.00 for the set, plus shipping. The "J" piece with the ball on the end generally is removed from many that I have seen, and this is another one. 3. The car I am parting out: Let me know if you're looking for something in particular. Thanks, |

Hello,
I should have added the following: 1. The little "P" shaped brackets and rubber pads are not included. You can buy these from the dealer / net and not super horrible priced. These are needed for the rear quarter panels and front fenders. 2. I prefer to sell them as a set, but if I get both front and back sold contemporaneously, then I am fine with breaking up the set. 3. I apologize but I was thinking of selling the tow package seperately. Sorry, that is $75.00 "AS IS". That is, its missing the "J" with ball part, but that is very easily made, and many have these grounded off duriing the years. 4. This INCLUDES the mounting brackets. When I got them, I had to hunt these down. So, you're getting a "turn-key" set of bumpers. 5. There are NO dents, no real scratches, no bends, but some rust HOWEVER you cannot see the rust at all when you put the rubber strip on the bumpers. There is NO cancer thru rust either. The rust is at the seam on the "I" channel where the rubber strip mounts to. Sorry for the last minute info. |

Shipping ....
I sold a Euro bumper last year. I will take my time to break down the bumper, and ship cheaply. Somewhat of a time bandit, but I am ok doing it. I am thinking each bumper should ship for around $25-$30 each, give or take. Both for about $50 to $75 worst case. |

Hit me up if you get a better one, I'll buy the old. I'm slowly motivating myself to fix up my 1983 300D Euro, which doesn't have any kind of bumper at the moment.

Pictures of Rear Euro Head Rests
Here are the head rests. These were re-upolstered with some very nice front blue headrests instead of the ratty ones you see on Ebay. Further, I am including the 2nd metal bars which are needed to do the rear's correctly. This requires a back seat to be canibalized, generally. When I have seen these on Ebay, one generally gets the rear head rests only, and those are eaten up by the sun. Here, you have everything for the conversion (except the plastic "eyes" which are about impossible to get out). The plastic eyes cost $1.00 and you will need 4. There's an upper and lower part to the eyelets.

Pictures of Tow Bar
Because of a half dozen or so PM's and few emails, here are pictures of the tow bar package. It is complete except for the "J" with ball which is welded. Folks buzzed these off; however, this is an easy fix. Further, this is why I am letting it go cheaply. The 2 arms go in where the rear bumper shocks go, and bolt there. I only pictured one of the arms. The long, heavy duty bar goes behind the bumper and bolts to the threaded rods coming out of the body. Somewhat self explantory.
MANY THANKS to Delivey Valve. Apparently, these are missing two brackets, one each side. It looks like flat stock, so maybe something that can be made ? In any event, I am reducing the tow package to $40.00 plus shipping since I am missing these 2 brackets. Last edited by greazzer; 05-06-2013 at 06:59 AM. Reason: add missing pieces |

Pictures of Rear Bumpers
As indicated above, the rust was treated and one cannot see any of the POR 15 when the rubber strip is attached. The entire back was sprayed with Rusteloum rust killer just in case. No dents, dings, or real scratchs, and nice and shiney.
The front bumper is the same conditon. I currently have Euro's on my DD, and they were about the same, and so were the one's on Ebay I have seen so I am thinking this was common to Euro's. In any event, once it stop raining, I will get some pictures of the fronts. Thanks, |

You didn't mention these were the 3 piece style with chrome metal wrapping around the sides!! Very nice parts, look super on a coupe
ngarover: if you will be getting rid of your front and it has good rubber corner trim with solid metal mounting plates, I need those. Will trade some parts
