Still in need of a diff. I need the diff with bolt on axle flange design. Check out the picture.

I think the bolt-on portion is interchangeable, you just have to open up the unit to swap that on.

lgreeley83 07-09-2013 12:21 PM

even the housing has the bolts though.

Lol homo differential?

Hey curt. I'm still learning, it may be right. I'm going again tomorrow to double check.

Uses the homokinetic bolt on type axles.

Ahhhhhhh. Thanks panZZer. Now that I know what you were talking aboutt ... I was reading a bit. Does it really mater the style dif. My car has a homo on one side and annular? On the other.

Elsewhere I read it don't matter and mixing matching is fine.

lgreeley83 07-10-2013 02:57 PM

By the way... I looked at the casing today it has 115 stamped on it. So I got the early 123 late 115.

With the 115/123 bolty did I removed the portion of the homo axle on put it in the newer style 123 diff housing. Fit perfectly.

How peculiar, didn't know that was possible.

To go further my car had a homo and annular axle. One of each.
