Wanted-- W108,W109,W111 Front Fenders

I am looking for a set of fenders for a 1961-1971 W108,W109,W111, 250,280,300. Attached is a picture of the fender I'm looking for(note headlight style). This is for a custom project and the only condition I care about is the headlight buckets and immediate surrounding sheet metal. I am on a very tight budget and not looking for restoration quality. Please send pics with a price (email- leadsled51@hotmail.com ) I am located in Southern California and would prefer local pickup, if you are willing to cut fenders and ship the buckets and couple of inches of surrounding sheet metal , that might work too.

Thanks,
Chris M.

getting W108 front fenders in S. California is not difficult or expensive at the junkyards... You can guarantee finding a set _today_ by you will find a set over the next month of you search the inventory.

Off hand, I don't know of a W111/W108 in the LA area yards but I haven't checked in about a week or two.

Thanks ScooterABC for the reply, I found a couple of sets but for me, paying $350 for a good set of fenders that are going to get chopped up is a last resort.
I would prefer to rough set for cheap, I have a set of early 60's euro headlights that are going on a 1951 Pontiac custom, and having the buckets would make my work a lot easier.

I think a fender at pick-a-part is $50 or so...

Larry is in Florida. Shipping and handling will be far more than buying at the junkyard.
