Only for W201's without the 3rd brake light, it seems.

The factory rear sunshade might hit the 3rd brake light housing. They both mount the same way.

You might want to double check what p/n they have (most likely on the packaging, mine has nothing on the casing). Possibly difference in color only between the p/n's for each vehicle type:
