OK, its time to think about replacing the engine AF box on my '99 E300D turbo. The tabs that hold down the cover on the engine side are missing, it came that way when I bought it and one tab is loose on the fender side. I don't know if the gassers use a similar filter box or not but if anyone has or finds a W210 300D filter box that is good, no busted tabs, please email PM and let me know.
I hate to think what the dealer wants for one.
