Can't get any bites on my 1982 240D with transmission issues whole, so I am probably going to part it out.

265,800 miles on the functional odometer. Motor runs well, I have had it up to 80mph on the highway.


$500, its still in the car, you can see it run if you want before I pull it.

Not selling any other parts right now. Have some people coming to look at the whole car, but if I could sell the motor then I would part the car.

Engine is still here, so is the rear end and the preferred axles.

Steel head in Goleta is great. I just pulled a differential from a 79 240D. Still had the motor in it. 140 on the clock I believe. But I know he has other 240 motors already pulled. They come with a warranty.

There's an all mercedes place somewhere down there. Sun valley, Santa Clara. Can't remember. Haven't dealt with them.

I have to call steelhead today, I'll ask the name of that mercedes place and location.
