Selling my 87 300D. Has 94 Front, 94 Interior (full including dash etc) 94 body molding, CLK rims, Front tires like new, rears are new. New ball joints, Updated brakes to 94 E320s, New bilstein shocks. Engine replaced 125k miles, #17 Head. Runs perfect. (Have build thread on here for car at

Car was repainted, then right after the trans went out. dropped off trans to repair shop, they could not get parts to fix. So trans is apart sitting in a tub. Have new bowden cable genuine MB, still in wrapper, new Center link and shock still in packaging, and other various parts.

Have full 94 trim for windows, roof. Car needs a new windshield.

There is rust in the drivers side shock tower area, have been quoted $400 locally to repair. This is due to a half assed repair done by a previous owner.

Rest of car is rust free.

Make offers on parts or whole.

Else, I need a transmission for this car. Original was the 722.3, would consider a good 722.6 NLA since I can get a controller for it. Or have available 5 speed trans but would need to locate master/booster and peddles.

I have the original transmission from a 87 300D in good condition I got it from another member he did a 5 speed manual conversion the price to sell $350.00 plus shipping

I'm in upstate SC and have a tranny out of a 91 300d, if you wanted to pick it up.
Just another option.

I have a 190d 5 speed 717.410 trans, pedal, shifter and flywheel that I could sell.

The trans does not spin by hand as smoothly as I like, then again it could be because the fluid has been drained.
