P/N 1243261965. Seems to be NLA from M-B. Anyone have one for sale, or know of a source? TIA.

I've got one. Pulled it out of a 300E Sportline along with the springs and front bar. Didn't see enough difference between it and the E420 rear bar I already had installed to make it worth the effort to swap it in.

I'd sell it for 75$ and cover any shipping over 25$.
