Looking for a manual transmission with pedal assembly or if anyone makes bellhousing adapters to fit something else..
Let me know, I can pick up anywhere within central Florida.

I have a complete 5 speed with driveshaft, pedal and shifter. Complete kit if you are bolting up to a w124 chassis. Was removed from an 87 300e

Question

244Brick, what method are you using to trigger the CPS from the flywheel?

$1500 delivered. Can't guarantee it will bolt right up to a s124, but I can't see why it wouldn't.

A bit off topic but as its mentioned above, what is an S124 as opposed to a W124?

As Hanno mentioned, be careful of the flywheel. Single or dual mass flywheels may be fun to talk about, but what matters in the end is that the back of the flywheel has the little metal bumps you need for the ignition system.

Check what's there now if you're not also converting the electricals for something else. Depending on the, you either need three large metal strips to trigger the sensor or you need about 37 of them.
