For Sale: Rebuilt OM617 Turbo Injector Sets

For Sale:

Sets of 5 Turbo / 135 BAR Diesel Fuel Injectors for the OM617.9XX Engine.

German made bodies, Stuttgart coded '060'

Have performed my entire service on them. They look like new and perform great.

Rebuilt beyond FSM, nominal 2,000 PSI +/- 25 PSI

With really nice used German nozzles, no peeing, very nice cone pattern, no split coned / angled sprays or pops, et cet. Each set was removed from a running engine prior to being rebuilt. In other words, not sitting in the yards forever ...

NO CORE RETURNS NEEDED. These are yours.

Includes five (5) new 10.00mm orifice heat shields
Includes one (1) meter of braided 3.2mm fuel return line

You have everything you need to R&R your injectors with this kit.

$129.00 shipped CONUS

I have 2 sets for sale, each set is $129.00.

injector set required

Greazzer,
I'd like to take you up on that offer. I've been thinking that would benefit my 85 300TD wagon. I only get 18 mpg in town, got 24 on a short road trip of about a 100 miles. I had the valves adjusted but haven't made any difference. I also saw wetness around the base of some of the injectors, seemed more between ink. and chamber, than chamber and head.
I'll send a pm with the particulars.
Thanks in advance!
Bob

OK, one set sold a few days ago, and apparently the 2nd / last set is spoken for -- pending transaction.

Otherwise, both sold !

THANKS !

You're more than welcome. Those should last you a few years / 36-50K miles.
