For the price this would be a fair deal to do an engine pull and swap. You could always take the turbo off so as to not damage your transmission and swap on regular manifolds from your current engine. What is the current make and model you have? 1800 is what you'd expect to pay for the engine including the freight. It does depend on how much blow-by there is. If its a too much I'd walk away. This could be a solid bargain for you though.

that is the twin of the w116 sd i had when i lived in Alburquerque.....would have kept it if i wasn't an idiot......
