WTB: OM617 throttle mechanism return spring
Hello,
I need the spring that sits vertical on the mechanism, connected (If I remember correctly) to the injection pump down low. Mine is missing, it's taken me 4 years to understand why my linkage didn't work like everyone elses... What do you have? diutley@gmail.com for faster response, thank you for your attention.

Just goto a hardware store and buy a spring. It's gonna be way better than any old rusty 40 year old spring someone is gonna have on here

I second that. Seriously, consider getting something new. Heck, if it's not part of an assembly it should have it's own Mercedes part number.

I’ve been through this exact thing. Any generic throttle spring from a parts store will work.

I appreciate the replies; turns out, once again I am an idiot... The spring is there after all... Also, MB Tech Did mention something to consider; if your cruise is working, you Might do well to get a factory spring. Could damage the CC stepper motor
