Swag brand (Made in Germany). This is a complete assembly that includes the bracket, center bolt, space washer, plastic ring and bolt cap. I bought it for my 1987 300TD wagon by mistake thinking it would fit. It would fit OM603 but only for engine No. after 049509. I put it on and realized right away it is sitting too low on the timing chain cover. I guess that is where the lower timing chain cover change was on the OM601/602/603 models that tensioner bracket mount location has been moved up to accommodate this newer style bracket.
