**edit** Sorry for the confusion regarding the year. The part was pulled from a 420SEL (if memory serves) at my local junkyard. Definitely a 2nd generation w126. The specific year is a question mark, but I seem to remember it being a '90s car. So perhaps '90 or '91.

right, where did you find a 92 w126? what model?

Sorry for the confusion. I pulled the blower from a car at the local junkyard. It was definitely a 2nd Generation w126. If memory serves, it was a 420SEL. So judging from your comments, it must have been an earlier year...perhaps '90 or '91.

There are two part numbers listed on the underside of the housing cover: 94.133.14.017, and 94.228.14.017. But I'm assuming those correlate specifically to just the cover. Can't seem to find the part number on the exterior of the motor itself, so I'm guessing it must be listed internally. If I'm not mistaken, the presence of the triangular heat sink alone would indicate that it's Gen2 w126, no?
