Yeah I remember a couple years ago there was an official denouncement because the vendor assumes you, as the purchaser of multiple reports, are the end user. When you resell their services they kind look upon that as “not cricket” as they say....I don’t know if there was threats of legal action but it was stated that they were not to offer them here....I saw a guy selling them the other week and was surprised nobody mentioned this.

Several months ago, I sold two Carfax reports here. It never occurred to me that I was doing something wrong. Thanks for the heads-up.

There shouldn’t be any legal issues. A person pays for a CarFax that person get a CarFax. Any 3rd party is only implied hearsay
