OM617 Engine & Transmission from 83 300SD
I have a 1983 300SD that I’ve been trying to sell but the rough interior and a few little issues are keeping it from getting the asking price. At this point I’m looking to possibly part it out, looking to sell the engine and tranny 1st/2nd. These two components are by far the highlight of this vehicle. Both are strong with no issues. The engine has in the neighborhood of 175k and is currently running. I’ll do a compression test on video. The tranny has never leaked a drop which is a first for me and shifts perfectly. Lots of other good parts to be had after these. Still together and running and would start-up drive away. If interested in any part (or whole) of this get back to me, preferably via e-mail groovinola@hotmail.com

I could use a piece of the right rear quarter panel.

I am in need of a pass side front fender. White would be great. Thanks.

Sorry y'all I don't get on here much. If anyone needs to contact me about anything I've posted (Mauals, 300SD part out, (soon to post) 2 sets wagon cross bars and cargo cover/net and a bunch of hydraulic components for the wagon lift system get with me at woodysdharma@gmail.com
Part out on SD won't start until October unless I've sold the whole car by then.

Here's a couple pics. There is very little of the interior that's worth salvaging. The value of this car is almost completely in the engine, drive train, and body.

This car has been sold. Is there a way to delete old posts? If so I can’t figure it out.

You can't. Just put "Car is gone" in a post so someone doesn't find this a year from now and wonders.
