First thing I would do is swap out those rims for some nice powdercoated bundt rims.

that's probably what the one we were discussing that i have used to look like!

Yuck! I would swap them for aluminum steelies with full wheel covers.

Also a good option, though normal steelies are quite a bit cheaper. Bundts are how most of these wagons left the factory except the early ones.
