I've accumulated way too many cars, and my boss says I'll have to start paying him to keep them here...so...I'm inviting anyone in the New England area to come up here and pick through these cars. Once everyone gets what they need, I'm sending them far far away! Bring tools and cash! I have a few 123's, a 116, a 93 201, and a couple of oddballs...I'll be posting some pics of the whole lot tonight, as well as a better breakdown of the actual quantities of various chassis types. I know I'll probably get a lot of emails about particular parts etc...I'll try to give as much info as possible. Sorry, but due to the volume of stuff leaving here, I won't be offering shipping on anything....supplies may be limited, allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery, offer not valid in NJ DE WA AK and HI, limit 2 per household...etc...

I'm surprised this isn't the longest thread on the board already.

I'm looking for a W123 front seat cover in Palomino MB-Tex in very good condition. Can't come up there to get it though.

I need a set of seats (front and back bench) from a 123 for my bro's car. Do you have a complete set in good condition? If so, what color and leather/mb-tex? Thanks.

Did anyone else get screwed by this guy?

I bought a 4-spd tranny...from his forum post...he never sent it. After several attempts to email and call him, I finally got an apology, and he said that he would send my money back.

MONTHS LATER he still has not sent the money, and has not returned my 1/2 dozen or so emails and several phone calls...

I am getting to the point of thinking that he has no intention of sending the money. So now what?

Local law enforcement intervention? sounds good to me!

Is there a place on this forum to formally complain about a member? (oops, sounds like I just did...)

Called the local law enforcement office for his city yesterday.
The police chief assured me that he would "personally take care of the matter"...and return my $$$.

Guess what? The police called me at my home later last night to tell me that they "talked to him" and told me that he WILL be calling me... not even 5-minutes later, the deadbeat called and told me he will have the $$$ sent out first thing today.

So, if anyone is having trouble in New Hampshire, let it be known that the police there are very helpful!

So, I will update this post when I *actually* receive the cash.
I can't believe someone would try to pull this type of crap.
