I converted my 300TD to accommodate rear facing seats.
I have for sale the original seat, plus the interior side trim panels and the floor compartment cover for rear cabin. Color is Palomino in MB Tex.

I have been interested off and on in having a 3rd seat in my 83 300TD that I have had since new.

I don't need one, but it might be nice to have.

Do you have an idea what you might want for it and if it could be shipped to Minnesota?

Forgive me, my original post lacked clarity. What I have is the original forward-facing rear seat back and other items. This is _not_ suitable for accommodating the '3rd' or rear-facing seat, since it lacks a locking clip for the seat. The interior trim 'side' panels are also original, i.e. they don't have holes for the seat belts for the 3rd seat. I have an additional belt, and also the carpeted trunk cover/floor panel in palomino. These would be useful for someone whose seat/interior has taken a beating over the years. They are in very good condition. If someone wants these items, $15 plus shipping would do it.

do you have the rear headrests?

The seat I am offering doesn't have headrests, Actually, the original set-up without a 3rd seat doesn't accommodate headrests.
