OK, I think you have the amp I need. I didn't find any part numbers but they are silver boxes about 4"x5" in the pass. side rear quarter trunk. Is that where yours were? Drop me an email at: royalbcat@netscape.net

Jay. I think I have my factory 500E. When I installed my new system 2 yrs ago. I took all thgat old stuff out. Let me check my trunk see if its not still connected.
I might of sold it also a 1 yr ago. I'll get back to you on this if your still interested. The 500E had a sound system in it. With a bose amp. It should be all black with fins on it. If my memory serves me correct. or shooot you might be rights its the silver box that controled the beacker head unit. Man its been a while. I work on all the new stuff so I forget. later guido

Yeah, let me know if you still have them. I think they are the two silver boxes in the trunk on the passenger side. One for each side. By the way, the wiper filler panels worked out great! Here's a pic. Good to hear that you kept your car
