W124 Stock Tire Size
I noticed that the older w124 300E's have the stock 195/65/15 tires and the newer(last generations) 94-95 model have 195/60/15,anybody knows why they changed the stock tires?

Not true - they always had 195/65/15 - except for Sportline and 500s. It is true that in the U.S. they changed from V rated to H rated somewhere along the line - around 1993 I believe.

Yes, I have seen 195/60/15s on W124s though. According to the owner, they were put on by NTB? NTB's website actually specifies 195/60/15 as the right tire size for a 124.
Those thires are TINY... I've also seen 205/65/15s on a 124 and frankly they looked much better. My stock 15" wheels have 205/60/15s on them.

I've seen them too but it's clearly a mistake - to reduce the profile without an increase in the width. Perhaps an error in NTBs data base is the problem.
