I've been psyching myself up for the past couple months on purchasing new springs (Eibach) for my 1986 2.3-16V. But, today it hit me -- are these aftermarket (albeit, "performance") spring sets any better than what I've got now? I know the 16V comes stock with some pretty impressive components, unlike any other "stock" 190E-8V. Can anyone tell me if I'd be getting any "added value" by purchasing the Eibachs?
Also, anyone know what spring pads come stock with the 16V? I'd like to lower my front end about an inch or so, but need to know what I'm starting with (pad-wise). Thanks for any input! Brian |

Eibach springs will lower your vehicle and since they are progressive they will give your car a comfortable ride and added cornering performance when you want to push the envelope abit. They will also lower your car approx. 1.1"
