C250(W204) wheels vs 300E(W124)wheels?

Just ordered a new C250 4-matic,traded in my 1992 300e W124 .delivery 2 days.Trade to go thru in 2 days..

I have 2 set of wheels, one set to go with the traded-in car

1. original w124 15" wheels with winter tires
2.aftermarket wider wheels for w124 presently on the car
dimension:
15x7
JJ:does it mean J on mounting on both sides of lips?
5 holes
offset 37
pcd 112
Hole sizes 66.5

I am thinking of keeping a set of W124 wheels for winter tires.Would either one of these wheels fit on the W204 C250 4-matic which comes with 17" multi-spoke alloy wheels.

Thanks

The only problem I can see is the 15" wheels not clearing the brakes/suspension components. Since the C originally came with 17", going down 2" is more than likely going to cause fitment issues.

thanks.

I forgot to mention the basic C250 4-matic comes with 16" wheels but the Sport Package(AMG like big 3-point star in Grille not on hood) comes with 17" wheels.

ie 0.5" each side on the disc brake.
