MXV4 no longer made

Just saw on Michelin's website that the MXV4 is no longer being made. Yet they seem to be available everywhere I'm shopping including Tire Rack.

Luke, or anyone, care to comment? I'm just about to buy tires and would like to know the story. BTW, I'm probably getting Turanza LS-H's anyway...

Check under the Energy MXV4 plus. That is the successor tire to the MXV4 and has been around for quite some time now.

I just purchased 4 new MXV4 Energy Plus tires as mentioned in the previous post.

Costco is now offering a $60 discount on the purchase of 4 new Michelin tires. Offer expires 11/02/03.

It may be too soon to tell, but my first impression of these tires is VERY GOOD. Smoother, quieter than the Dunlops that were replaced.
