I have a black 1999 e300d w/ a tan int and @190k miles
i don't have a ton of info on this car but it starts pretty well in the cold, runs drives and stops as is should.
it has some rust but nothing really horrible.
it appears to have been in a number of small incidents and is missing most of the front bumper cover and has a blue driver's door (the hood is ok and closes fine but is unlatched in the photos). rear door and quarter also carry a crease from the same deal that caused the driver's door to be replaced.
i bought it as a potential parts car for my 99 diesel but i think it might be worth saving, so i'm testing the waters to gauge interest.

i have a 99 e320 (also black) with a bad tranny that has all the parts needed to bring the 300d back to cosmetic respectability.

i would consider selling both cars for $3000 which would allow the buyer to fix the 300d an make some money back parting the e320.

i would also consider selling the 300d with the required body parts from the e320 to fix the 300d for $2500

i might also consider other considerations which i am not currently considering
