Thumbs down driving off with parking brake

how bad is it? car didnt move but heard some screeching...

Not bad at all.

More pressure applied to brake pads (and pads make some contact with the disc at all times). Worse case scenario while driving all day with the emergency brake engaged is prematurely worn rear pads and (remotely possible), warp rotors due to excessive heat.

In your case...negligible to no damage...

My son drove a Toyota truck with the E-brake on and I wound up replacing the outer seals in the rearend.

Btw, on mine, a single ratchet "click" of the parking brake engaged will set the brake light indicator on and a courtesy beep...did either occur in your case?
