2000 ML320 with codes

Misfire Cylinder 2
Misfire Cylinder 3
Misfire Cylinder 5

What is it doing? This all started when the left cat broke then the right. Both were welded but now I have a very slow vehicle, and it just drags.... Any thoughts? Also, I recently changed the fuel pump (gas gage was reading empty soon after filling the tank), and also changed the fuel filter to the new, longer one.
