I just bought a 98 ml 320, I'm having problems with the front door locks. At first, the drivers door lock began engaging and disengaging erratically when i pushed the door lock button( ALso happened with the keys) Then the passenger door started doing the same. At first the locks would eventually engage, but now the passenger door lock stays unlocked. I'm wondering if any of you guys have had the same problem and is it something I can fix without having to go to my MB dealer. And in the meantime, can the door be locked manually so I dont have to leave the door unlocked. Thanx for your help.
