No fluid out of front nozzel?

Do you think i need a new motor or perhaps the front nozzels are clogged? I notice some fluid comes out of the left side while non from the right. Rear works just fine

If its the motor, is it a DIY type? Can i get the part here?

I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume we are talking about the windshield washers. :)

You can use a fine gauge sewing needle to prick out the crusty stuff in the nozzle. I've done it many times before. You don't want to use something that is close to the diameter of the hole, as you will just block the tube behind the nozzle. You want to just scrape at it until you can get it broken up and then use the washer to blow the little bits out as you go.

Remove the hoses from underneath and blow air from the front of the nozzles to remove the trash. Run your pump with the hoses disconnected to remove any other contamination......

do they just pop out? my left nozzle is aimed too low and cant get the wiper to clean the windshield.

The washer fluid pressure makes them pop out. If one is popping out, the pump is OK. More than likely a broken or popped line or a bad washer assembly, probably the one that's not popping out, but not positively. The other one may be popping out but leaking bad enough that the other one isn't even trying, all has to do with proximity to the pump. Have someone run the system while you look under the front of the truck for a bad leak of washer solvent.

can someone advise the proper instructions for adjusting the windshield washer nozzles? have a 2000 ML is it the old "stick the pin in and move around till adjusted" trick?

tks

No provision for adjustment. If it's way off, make sure the nozzles are properly engaged into the air intake screen.
