Attempted FSS reset, now wont stop flashing

Hey all, I just changed the oil in my ML320 and tried to reset the FSS per the manual and searching on here, but now it is contiously flashing and I cant get it to go back to the odometer or trip odometer. What have I done  I tried to reset just like what ive read but just stayed flashing, no beep or anything. Anyone have any suggestions w/o me hopefully having to make a trip to MB.

Thanks in advance
Brian

I would pull and reinsert the fuse that controls it for starters. This works for me when I have problems with my MCS. ;)

I had the same problem. A buddy that's a mechanic at a MB dealer told me to disconnect the battery for 30 minutes, should reset. If it doesn't, dealer time. However, for me, it worked. Good luck.

Hey, thanks everyone...Im gonna try that tomorrow. I guess I must have done something to confuse it when i tried to reset it and now its stuck. It wont even change the mileage on the FSS. STill says the same as it did when i tried to reset it. Ill let you know what happens.

Thanks
Brian

It took me several tries to get it right (even after following the manual instructions)...
