VIN service report
 

I tried contacting my local service department to find out what service has been done to my ML, unfortunately they are not very customer service oriented. I don't want to duplicate any service that has already been performed. I purchased the vehicle last year with about 60,000 miles on it and have no idea what service it received. Can anyone help by checking my VIN and let me know? You can private email me if it poses any privacy disclosure issues.

This seems to be a common problem - dealers refusing to reveal service infor when VIN is presented. I can't help you with the ML430, but if you go to MBUSA.com and sign in free, there's a feature where with your VIN and mileage, the syste will tell you what service is due. Try it to be sure.
