Steering wheel off center
How do I fix this? The truck is tracking straight if I let go of my hands, but the steering wheel is off center to the left. There is no impact on drivability, just nuiance. I had dealer perform an alignment but to no avail. Can I take the steering wheel off and re-insert it to give me a centered position?

The dealer has to set this by adjusting the tie rod ends, sort of like adjusting the toe in. The level and lock the steering wheel, then adjust the wheels (tie rod ends) so they are both adjusted the same.

Hmmm, I guess they did not do it when I told them the problem. The second time I had to bring the truck in for a different alignment issue, they told me they cannot do the front alignment because something was seized. and proceeded to ask me to replace the front tie rod ends in order to perform front end alignment. I declined and walked away as I think the truck still tracking straight and the tie rod ends show no wobbly.
Anyhow, bummer, cannot just pull the steering wheel out and set it straight.

Have you recently rotated your tires? Did the wheel off center problem start shortly thereafter? If so, it may not be an alignment problem, but rather, a "tire pull" problem based on tire wear. If you recently rotated, try putting the tires back where they were and see if that fixes the problem (it did on my 430 about a year ago). It can happen if you wait too long between rotations and the tires take a "set" in terms of their wear paterns.
