Gilly, REST Mode retrofit possible for 99 ML430?

I used to own a '01 SLK320, and I greatly miss the REST mode that kept the cabin warm for 30 min. Is it possible to do a retrofit in a '99 ML430 that has the old style temperature controls?

I know in order for the blower to come on, the ignition lead has to be hot. Have any ideas?

Not really, computer program in the controller isn't available.

Does the same hold true for a 2000 ML320?
