Backseat headrests stuck

Hey All,

anyone got some advice on how to un-stick the head rests. Now both of mine are stuck -- really frustrating!

i have the same problem

with my head rest on my 2001 mb 320 the passager headrest is stuck and i can't move it up or down........?

Did you press the little tab in while trying to move the headrest?
