Misfire P0303 ,P0302,P0301 Please Help

problems with my 98 ML320
Code shows P0303, misfire in cylinder 3 also # 2 ,#1 .
Got all new spark plug and fuel pump but still run poorly and (check engine light) Code shows up all 3 misfire .

Swap # 3 coil and # 6 coil today but still doing the same.

Do i need a new MAF (Air flow meter) ????
fuel filter ???

Please Help....
